Struttura nuova, ben arredata, pulita e silenziosa.
La palazzina è vecchia e quando arrivi non fa una bella impressione però appena superi il portone d’ingresso della struttura è veramente top!

The size of the room, and specifically the large shower with rain and handheld showerheads.
Nothing in particular, maybe that one of the staff member's English was less good then we're used to (but better than my Italian, but you might expect more in the tourism industry). And the staff member that checked us in was wearing gym clothes (which is fine, just not quite representative). These things are in no way a deal breaker, just made it a 9 instead of a 10.

Muy limpio y cómodo, bien situado para moverte por Nápoles, hay un supermercado justo al lado lo cual es ideal. El personal, concretamente Davide, ha sido de lo mejor, nos ha ayudado y recomendado sitios siempre que lo hemos necesitado, gente así da gusto cuando vas fuera de tu país porque te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa
El barrio donde está me ha parecido muy sucio

Early check in was possible only because the room was available.
The AC worked very well.
It’s easy reachable with public transport.
The shower was a little messy especially the shower head was spraying all over the place.
It’s a little hard to find since there aren’t any signs and it’s in the middle of a residential area.
