The location was near old Naples and cobbled streets plus Metro and buses nearby
it is living off faded glory and on verge of tatty and in need of refurbishment

The pillows and bed were comfy , the place was clean and that’s remarkable. Receptionists service is 100/100. Cafes nearby and pedestrians zones as well. I recommend.
Noise of the toilet flush from other rooms. Extra info: Door of the outside street you can see in the pictures, when pressing the code for entering the building you should press the key cap so as to open.

The location is good although dangerous at night. Close to attractions. Very difficult to find at midnight.
Very tired facilities and some staff extremely rude. I've written directly to them regarding this. Breakfast poor. However 2 of the staff were very good.
