The bed was clean and the location was very good.
The black heating pot in the kitchen did not work.
The bathroom smelled weird like toilet water, so we had to have the windows open constantly.
The tv was broken.

Room was clean and comfortable. Host contacted us beforehand for check-in. Location is close to metro.
Elevator was coin operated but we weren't given the key to use it for free.

The location is fantastic. The view over the park is beautiful. The room ceiling is very tall. Mattresses are comfortable.
The room furniture is very basic. Walls are not decorated. The TV is far too small.
The flushing system in the bathroom is very noisy.
