Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Είχε καλή συνδεσιμότητα με μέσα μεταφοράς και ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο. Ήταν σχετικά καθαρά.
Το πρωινό ήταν εκτός ξενοδοχείου, πήγαινες με μια κάρτα σε ένα καφέ (2 επιλογές μαγαζιών). Στο ένα ήταν πολύ αγενείς οι υπάλληλοι. Με την κάρτα αυτή δικαιούμαστε από ένα κρουασανακι (δεν δικαιούμαστε αλμυρές επιλογές, μόνο γλυκά) και έναν καφέ. Μπαίνοντας στην πολυκατοικία ήταν λίγο τρομακτικά, αλλά είχε πάντα φώτα και κόσμο.

Apesar de próximo de vários pontos importantes da cidade, o acesso necessita de uber/táxi ou carro, que são muito caros em Nápoles. Mas pode-se considerar bem localizado.
O Adriano é atencioso e agradável.
O local não é bom. O prédio é muito velho e parece ser abandonado.
