Querky.
Located well from metro, bars and restaurants.
Friendly helpful staff
Nothing really we didn’t like.

Great location, basic but clean rooms and mainly Serena was so helpful all the time before and uring our stay.
A great find in Naples!
Not a dislike at all but just advice that it is two floors up and you will need to use the stairs or have 50 cents for the loft.
The hotel provide the loft tokens though when you arrive with cases which is a great touch!

good choice of breakfast preordered the day before and delivered promptly to our room

The location was great, walking distance to great restaurants and bars. No noise from the street at night which was a bonus. The room was large with a lot of natural light. The breakfast delivered to the room was a nice experience. We only stayed one night and it served its purpose. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The space was generally clean but it was not well maintained. The walls in our room had so many marks and scratches, it just looked unkept, curtains looked like they needed to be washed etc. Bed was not very comfortable but it was for one night so we managed. Water pressure was good but the bathroom was small for the size of the bedroom.
