Location was decent
Got the details at the last minute, Very small room, there was a coffee machine with no coffee, the elevator needs coins and none was supplied.

The owner (Salvatore) was very friendly and kindly offered us a ride from the airport to the accommodation. The room was clean and nice, the location was amazing next to the archaeological museum and subway station, and not a long walk from the city center.
It would be great to include just a couple of coffee capsules or tea bags.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The location is extremely central and while a few paid parking spots can be found on the streets, there is a great private garage (Garage Cavour) just across the road which made the stay even easier/better. The balcony was an added bonus and the staff who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful.
Please note that some rooms are facing a very busy street and that comes with lots of noise. Our balcony window couldn't close properly, so if you are susceptible to sounds/noises, it may uncomfortable. It was also the first time I ever saw a building with paid lifts (20c per ride).

I loved staying in the apartment. In Rome, I would se the locals coming and going through those big doors and wonder what it was like to live there, and then I got the chance! Right next to the metro, or you could simply wander the streets to most of the tourist spots. Lots of eateries for different budgets located on the doorstep.
At first I thought the original windows with there quaint shutters was charming - then I realised they didn’t fully close. When the wind blew, the room became icy and the poor little air conditioner could keep up. The bed cover was summer weight and there were no extra blankets.
