Modern and renovated hotel. Very good communication with this hotel beforehand; questions and requests were answered promptly by email. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well above average by Italian standards and compared to other accommodations. This hotel is very centrally located for many sights, but just outside the hustle and bustle. Metro station a 2-minute walk away. Very good sound insulation against outside noise. A 10 for hygiene.
Although the sound insulation of the windows is very good, the rooms are noisy from one another. Especially when the hotel is fully booked for 2 nights for teenagers on school trips.
The stairs to the bathroom are difficult and noisy. Many steps and stairs in this hotel make it inaccessible for people with mobility issues.
