Our room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning.
I would say it’s more like serviced apartments than a hotel. Nothing wrong with that but I’d probably choose somewhere else. I also don’t like small spaces so never used the lift. Again not fault of the hotel, I just would have chosen elsewhere. Room toiletries aren’t very good at all and no soap by the sink. Also the toiletries were never replenished. So all in all, I think the hotel is prices too high for what it is.

Great furniture, decoration and breakfast.
The building itself, outside is less than great. The hotel is only one floor of the building, but it is amazing inside.

Property was gorgeous and the rooms were huge! Great location with access to a lot of things. It was cool to be so close to the square and just people watch.
Nothing! Would happily stay there again.

Amazing location very close to everything walking distance
Lorenza was very accommodating
Breakfast was amazing - best we’ve had in Italy
We were given an upgrade to our room
Towels has a vinegar smell
Air conditioning needs cleaning
No staff present after 17:00
Elevator is slow and needs coins to go up and down (not a big deal)
