Lovely rooms in a great location.
Check in system did not work over email or at the property which was a little disheartening after travelling there. That said staff were very helpful over WhatsApp and got us in there and let us pay a couple of days later when someone else came to the reception.

Great location, not far from most attractions and restaurants in Naples. It wasn't noisy for being in the city centre and the room was really nice. The room was clean and nice toiletries included. The lift was good because the accommodation was on the 4th floor. The mini fridge was handy to keep water cold as it was very warm when we stayed and the air con was brilliant as well. They were swift to respond to messages as the main desk was unattended for the most part while we stayed.
The bed was too single beds together which unfortunately moved and left a gap between so they may need secured if it's for 2 people together. Check in was a bit confusing as I had some difficulty accessing the property but we messaged the host and they were swift in their response and their help. The shutter doors at the window could do with a new locking mechanism as they let in light because they couldn't close fully.

Large room, high ceilings.
We didn’t see anyone in reception except for one time, on checkout. The breakfast pictures are misleading, since breakfast is provided in a nearby cafe not in the room.
