Нито веднъж не видяхме някой от персонала, нито веднъж не се почисти, имаше мравки … Не може за престой от 7 дни веднъж да ни се сменят само и едниствено чаршафите,без тищо друго без да се забърше прах,беше мнаго прашно, без да ни се сменят кърпите, а уж сменените чаршафи, според мен бяха нашите, но оправини по-добре
