Proximity to grab dinner and staff were friendly.
Location wasn’t my favorite. I thought it was hard to find after a taxi dropped me off at the Piazza with luggage. Then it was accessible only by going through a store vs hotel lobby. Since I had to leave during the very early AM hours it was a bit nerve wracking to make sure I had locked everything correctly. Had I realized this, I would’ve chosen a different hotel.

Location is perfect, right in Piazza Dante where you can reach everything in Napoli by walking and metro. The room has a beautiful balcony, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served every morning to your room so you can enjoy it at the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this.

Try to help as much as he can and to help in any need.
The room is very small - very hard to move and to
open the luggage
The hotel sits on a main road so it's impossible to open the window and not suffer from the street noise
The breakfast is served into the room, And as mentioned above there is no room to sit and eat
