The hotel had an excellent central location, close to all major points of interest. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful and met all the needs and special requests we had. Great experience.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds and the pillows were awesome! What was great was the location, in via Toledo where there are shops and, of course, many bars around. The neighborhood is safe and so vivid. You get the nice vibe of this beautiful city. What I liked the most overall was the two kind girls at the reception, Lorenza and Sam. It was so nice waking up and seeing their smiles always very helpful, making our breakfast and our coffee every morning, helping us with the sightseeing, with booking a taxi for the airport for us. I appreciated their professionalism and their kindness. Congratulations, girls! I will definitely go back to Napoli, and i would choose this hotel again!
The only thing I could mention as negative was the fact that the breakfast hadn't any salty choices. I mean, like cheese or eggs or something like this. But it's OK!! Still was a nice breakfast served by nice people with kindness.

Fantastic location, large comfortable room and shower room, very friendly helpful staff, croissants, fruit and coffee for breakfast. Lorenza gave me some brilliant suggestions of places to visit.
