Posizione in una via centralissima,una traversa di via Toledo,zona riservata e molto comoda per girare l'intera città.La proprietaria gentile ,discreta e disponibile gia dal primo contatto.Camera grande e spaziosa ,due bagni che abbiamo apprezzato molto nonostante fossero solo due notti di soggiorno.

The accommodation is located in the historic centre of Naples. We arrived by metro, got off at Toledo station, and walked for approximately 10 minutes to reach the property.
Communication with the owner was also very good and took place conveniently via WhatsApp. The owner was very kind and helpful.
The keys were available in a lockbox at the entrance. The room is located on the first floor, and there is no elevator in the building. The room itself was okay, although personally, I would rate the property closer to a 3-star standard rather than the current 4-star rating. The balcony is very small and overlooks the building's inner courtyard. However, the room is very well insulated from outside noise.
The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and the pillows were just as comfortable, so the room provided all the conditions for an excellent night's sleep.
The air conditioning worked well, and the temperature remained pleasantly comfortable and stable throughout the night.
Breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant, using cards that had been left on the desk. The breakfast itself was very good: we could choose three items, including coffee, juice, sweet cornetti, pastries, or pizzette. However, the information on the card was not presented very clearly, and it was somewhat difficult to understand exactly how the three choices were divided into categories.
The location is excellent and within easy reach of most of Naples' main attractions.
There were, however, several things that we did not like.
First, the shower head was partially clogged, and the water jets were uncomfortably strong. The water also took quite a long time to heat up, and the temperature fluctuated considerably between very hot and cold. I eventually removed the shower head and used the shower without it.
The following day, the person responsible for cleaning noticed that the shower head had been removed and used a needle to clean the clogged nozzles. Unfortunately, the needle was subsequently placed in the hand towel and forgotten there. That evening, my wife pricked herself on the needle when using the towel. Upon closer inspection, we also noticed that the hand towels were dirty and stained with a reddish-brown substance.
Another disappointing detail was that we specifically asked the owner for two coffee capsules and two disposable cups for the following morning, as we were leaving very early. We received the coffee capsules but not the cups.
We also experienced problems with the Wi-Fi during one of our three days at the property. It was simply impossible to maintain a stable connection. Since there was also virtually no mobile phone signal inside the building, having an unreliable Wi-Fi connection was particularly inconvenient.

Stanza molto pulita e confortevole: nella stanza c'era tutto, dall'aria condizionata (fondamentale ad agosto), prodotti da bagno all'asciugacapelli, anche una macchinetta del caffè con due capsule, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa.
Comunicazione con la proprietaria semplice e veloce.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione inclusa al bar vicino... E, ovviamente, posizione eccellente: praticamente su Via Toledo, vicinissima alla metro
Gli altri ospiti forse parlavano un po' troppo ad alta voce nel corridoio
