The place was great the people that run it are so helpful and kind.
If I had to give a negative it the lack the location but it’s also a plus. It’s right in the middle of the historic district so when you walk out of the door you are in the heart of the city. The negative is your in the heart of the city.

Beautiful ceiling, great location
Our room was very small.

It's a decent location with some good food locally if you do your research. We were well-based to explore Naples and beyond. The sound-proofing is excellent and you feel tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
It's not that we didn't like Maison Des Fleurs, it was fine, but we didn't recognise the rave reviews it gets. For a start, clear directions as to how to find the hotel and how to get in would be great - but they were responsive on messaging which was good. Secondly, the rooms are really basic and really lack any personality - they just need some warmth and decent styling to feel welcoming! The beds also have rubber sheeting underneath which seems odd in this day and age. Staff were fine but missing the family vibe mentioned in reviews.

The place had everything you need. The staff were very attentive, friendly and encouraging to explore the city. The beds were comfortable but the bed was upstairs and it did become warm despite having the fan on.
The space was not exactly what we expected, as it was more empty and less cozy or comfortable than the photos had presented. The location is right in Old Town which was loud and chaotic considering it was "off season", which at times was overstimulating.
