The staff was incredibly helpful. They set up drivers, restaurant reservations and helped with other logistics. We felt well taken care of! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Excellent location. Close to Metro.
This is not really a four star property. No bar or restaurant. Was difficult to get extra blankets and pillows (eventually we did). Very bizarre way of getting in and out of the building which might make some people (especially single women) uncomfortable. I appreciate the hotel can’t really do anything about this, but still something to consider. Breakfast was OK with lots of sweet things!

The property is absolutely beautiful. Original features and walls in some room, and very spacious.
This was a very specific issue for us, the kettle and the bidet was broken when we got to the property. However this was very quickly resolved. They also provided an option but no ironing board.
