The staff was extremely helpful. Napoli can be an intimidating city the first time you visit but Salvatore took excellent care of us, including organizing our 4am driver to the airport on departure.

Once inside the building, the unit was very clean. Very nice furnishings. Towels and bedding were good quality. The manager provided detailed instructions for getting from the train station to the unit.
While the unit was very nice and met our immediate needs, the sewage smell coming from the bathroom and shower was absolutely disgusting. The walk from metro on a cold day is not pleasant. We were downtown for one reason, NYE celebration. Fireworks debris was on our balconies to include a spent bullet casing. The paid for breakfast was not adequate. We were given a card to walk to a street pastry location. A drink and an item (sweet or savory) was the breakfast. No inside seating, so everyone stood around the window eating a croissant and a caffe. Select a non-breakfast room and save money. I wish I had done a little more research.
