The location of this hotel is near Cavour Train Station which is convenient to get around Naples as it is one stop to the main hub. The room itself was nice, the air conditioner worked extremely well. The room was clean and ready early which is great. You don't see the manager but he is available through What's App and he does check in periodically. There are cameras in the hallway that I assume he monitors for security. There was a mini fridge in the room that worked well and we were able to fill with drinks and snacks to last us our stay. The room also had a balcony you could use which we did one night to people watch. As with a lot of Naples, the area is covered by graffiti and has people loitering, but it never felt dangerous. It isn't too far a walk to Via dei Tribunai which had a vibrant atmosphere. It was there we found Sorbillo's and had the most amazing pizza. Breakfast is a coffee and pastry from a local shop. The shop keeper is friendly and you can see it is popular with the locals.
This is set in a building with other businesses and residents. One of the residents which is very nearby is a daycare so during the work week it can be quite loud. Some more soundproofing would benefit the rooms better as at one point it sounded like the kids were right outside our door riding a scooter. The other is that there is a step from the main entrance/bathroom to the bed area. Not a big deal during the day but definitely a hazard if you need to go to the toliet in the middle of the night and it is pitch black in there. Lastly, the blanket provided was very thin and we ended up using our beach towels as additional blankets because it would feel so much colder in the middle of the night. We gave up constantly trying to adjust the thermostat to make it better. However, I prefer it to be too cold than too hot when it was in the 40s!

Extremely clean, lovely facilities and the location was right near the metro which was great. Lovely view of the street, the balcony was pretty.
If you’re a light sleeper you will struggle as it was loud when people are coming/going from the other rooms.

The room was good size for a family of 5 and the
Bathroom was separate.
No physical staff on site and communication was via wazup only.
One choice of breakfast
The room was only cleaned once in a space of 7 days
