Our host Monica was incredibly. She help with transportation and shared touring information.
She was an excellent communicator from start to finish. Monica made our visit special.
The stairs to the rooms were a challenge- 3 floors. We learned about a lift that took you to the 4th floor and the required walking along the roof and then down some stairs.

The property is decorated with attention to detail and is really comfortable. We slept very well and were happy to return after a long day of walking around the city. The host was wonderful: Monica was very nice and gave us lots of good advice and recommendations. The location is also good — you're within walking “touch” of the center.

We absolutely love this place. It’s well located. Just right on the Metro line stop (Museo). You can walk to the city center, it’s really close. The owner is such a nice person. She can help with everything. The apartment has an electronic door locker, so you don’t need keys. The room is clean, bed is very comfortable. Giving 10/10 because everything was really perfect.

Despite being told a time for breakfast our host bring breakfast was very late both days which cut into our day. Also there was not much to eat if you were vegetarian. There was a coffee machine tho which was great. Lots of yoghurt supplied. Dry biscuits just don't cut it for breakfast. No cereal except for an empty cornflakes box. No bowls provided anyway.
Could've been warned we had to pull our bags up 3 flights of stairs! Entry courtyard was dirty, filled with old cars and smelled of urine. Such a shame because the location is excellent.
