The host was very helpfull. Exellent location to discover Napoli old town. Clean room, nice shower and jacuzzi in the room, comfortable bed.
The entrance, but you are in old town and once you enter the residence it feels like you are in heaven.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She checked us in much earlier than most of the properties would have. The breakfast experience, although a little confusing was worth it. Considering the city altogether is trash, the location was pretty good in itself.
The bathroom was not very clean - there was a constant smell of sewage in it as well as the shower floor appeared to be sticky and not really clean. The bed cover had some mysterious stains…

The location was convenient and lots at the doorstep.
Quite cheap for the location and the room was very spacious.
Breakfast was appreciated but the sweet breakfast by the third day was a challenge and we felt bad wasting it.
The air conditioning was effective but could smell cigarettes even though we didn't smoke.
Staff were lovely although minimal interaction.
Unfortunately the room was very dated compared to the photos. All room items were worn and the bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The shower had a lot of limescale and felt ick to walk on.
There were ants throughout the room and bathroom but couldn't locate a trail where they were coming from.
The building was difficult to locate and not suitable for those that can't manage stairs. It has a small lift but stairs are unavoidable even once at the required floor.
The room is very noisy. No soundproofing and because of the busy location, constant traffic and sirens all night and day.
