Isi, our host, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She recommended an outstanding restaurant, advised us about taxi, and really put effort into the accomodation. The room was great, high ceilings, very roomy, ac ok, bath and everything very clean. The mattress was firm and the little things-- water cooker, tea and coffee on hand, nice shampoo, excellent curtain to mask noisy downtown naples, even a solid oak door made us feel safe.We came to this part of Napoli to feel the vibe but have a safe place to sleep. Exactly that we got. About 15 minutes from the best parts of the city about 15 min from the airport. Location great. Security great. Service great. Price awesome. Thank you Isi for trying so hard!

Very well appointed large room. The fridge, kettle and cutlery were very useful. Extremely clean and modern bathroom. The host Isi is very kind and helpful. No traffic noise in my room as both the balcony and veranda opened onto internal court yards. Very convenient for the tiny crowded streets of Decumani but also close to 2 metro stations.
Hard to say anything critical at all!

Lady who ran it was very friendly the room was clean and comfortable
The cafe for so called breakfast . Without doubt the rudest staff I have ever come across in my 68 years. To the point that we didn’t go back on our last day . Just terrible . Also the location of the hotel is a bit dodgy with lots of rubbish , much better locations in Naples.
