Обычный отель в Неаполе, очень приятный персонал, который всегда на связи, заселил нас несмотря на поздний приезд в 00.00. Персональный завтрак в номер был отличный ( горячие тосты, йогурты, круассаны). Прекрасное место за честную цену. Есть лифт, что тоже плюс.
Ванная требует ремонта

Personal war sehr nett und sehr bemüht.
Küche kann man immer benutzen.
Beim eingangstor war keine glocke. Das war etwas verwirrend.

Hôte très réactif. Super petit déjeuner, avec de petites attentions : ajout de viennoiseries napolitaines. Cuisine partagée, approvisionnée en eau et boissons. Appartement idéalement placé, on a marché pour aller partout dans le quartier historique de Naples. Juste en face, ligne de bus permettant de rejoindre l'aéroport.

The location is perfect — very central and close to everything.
The host was super responsive, kind, and always ready to help with any questions we had.
The kitchen was well-equipped and everything we needed was easily accessible.
The toilet flush didn’t work properly throughout our stay.
The bed linens had an unpleasant smell, as if they hadn’t been washed recently.
Toilet paper and soap were not replenished, and by the last day we had none left.
Towels and sheets were never changed during our stay, even though we requested a refresh once.
This place definitely has great potential, and with a bit more attention to cleanliness and guest comfort, it could be truly excellent.
