The property turned out to be better than we expected. It was very fresh and clean, the bathroom was really well done and both beds were very comfortable. When closed, the window provides excellent sound isolation from the noisy streets of Naples. There is a common kitchen with a coffee machine, which was also a big plus. The courtyard of the building is accessed through a door with a keycode, so that gave us a good sense of security, although we didn't find the area to be too sketchy in reality

Very pleasant hosts, let us in early, bed was comfortable and clean. Whole room was clean.
Water pressure on the shower was abysmal, took ages to take a shower.

Siomny was very helpful and welcoming!
The place looks sketchy on the outside but great on the inside! Clean, modern design, all facilities working properly, no bad smells, good elevator, codes instead of keys, great central location
I wouldn't say the following were actual issues but improvements that could be made:
- sometimes the entrance code in the corridor does not open the door, needed to enter the code a few times or jerk the door a bit while doing it
- the shower faucet handle comes off easily, but it's workable if you're careful (no problem with handling hot/cold water)

Very clean and extremely comfortable beds. Allowed us to leave our bags at the rooms before check-in. The accommodation was very affordable price.
The location is 30 min walk from Naples olt town and there is not any public transport option convenient or near by. We ended up walking everywhere. We only stayed one night so this wasn't a huge issue but wouldn't recommend if you are wanting to visit the old town multiple days. Also the accommodation is a flat with 4 en suit bedrooms and they share a kitchen area. We had booked two rooms and had only one other room occupied with very quiet and considerate guests but it could be a problem if there was more noisy guests who were using the kitchen area late at night/early morning. Also, our aircon (that we didn't even use) kept dripping water all through the night.
