The room was cozy and clean, great location near the station. The lady was very nice and made us good breakfast and coffee. We had everything we need and we had an excellent stay in this apartment.
Maybe the sound isolation needed to be better.

adults bed was good, kids bed need some improvement. the building was safe compared to the location nearby.

Great location, easy access.
Hard to find the entrance, the district is unhygienic. The locks are not working well, hard to get in the building and the apartment.
