A fantastic location right in the heart of Naples. The staff were very very friendly. It was nice to have an area with complementary bottled water and coffee. Bed was comfy and big and good A/C. Despite being in the heart of Naples it was quiet.
Would be great to have a bottle of body wash instead of a few small swatches of body wash.

Alex and Mario are very welcoming. Alex gave directions for the city and a discount code for a local museum.
The room was clean, there was a nice little balcony in the room. No noise from the street.
The doors are quite thin, I could hear neighbors entering their room or talking in the common area. Little repairs might be in need, such as electricity socket by the bed or night light.

The location was great, convenient to transportation and sites. Mario was an excellent host. He gave us wonderful food and site recommendations. He was easy to reach and always willing to help. If we returned to Naples, I would definitely stay at Sant'Alfonso again.
