Genny was really friendly and helpful.
The apartment is very close to the historic center within walkable distance, and it was tidied up every day.
Very noisy at night as it’s on a main street and there is a lot of traffic at every hour.

Nice location and nice room. The room was quite small but clean and had all I needed. I would say it was worth the money.
It took a very long time to get checked-in even though I’ve had contact with the staff. (Approx 45 minutes after arrival.) The staff was still very friendly though. Maybe just bad luck with the check in just that day.

Good cost performance, clean room and toilet ( equipped seat !) some drinks purchaseable on a refregerator.
Very close to Duomo station do I don’t need to carry my baggage long.

Location is central. Room clean and beds comfortable
The man who met us for check in berated us for not closing the doors properly on the lift then told us another 5 times how to close the doors. Not a great start. I booked a triple room as travelling with my adult son so not wanting to share a bed. At check in he tried to charge me another 30 euros to use the sofa bed. In the end he relented but it was not a pleasant experience.
The old doors had very specific placement of the key for them to work which was not easy.
It said all rooms have a kettle and it didn’t.
