The location is 10/10. It is very close to the main streets, to the central station (for tours or trains). The room was clean and the staff were very kind. Rafaela helped us with the taxi back to the airport, allowed us to wash some clothes and was very nice and kind all the time! The breakfast was delicious with bread, eggs, yogurt, cereal, cheese and juices. I’d stay here again.

Breakfast selection was great, room was a very good size,.plenty of room with comfortable beds. It's in a great place for exploring the Spanish Quarter and Spaccanapoli.

The property was very clean and quiet . The location was excellent . Staff were friendly and helpful .
Not the fault of the property but the lift was not working making it difficult to carry heavy luggage up flights of stairs.

Staff was great in helping us around and exolaining what to see/how to get there. Following the advice made our lives much easier in navigating Naples.
Breakfast could be from 7.30-10h as going for trips early would mean skipping breakfast but we agreed with the staff to leave us some food earlier in the fridge which worked well.
