La ubicación es buenísima (Nápoles es enorme, pero está a un paso de la catedral, el arqueológico...), el personal súper atento, la habitación enorme y limpia, el garaje imprescindible y barato en comparación con otras ofertas. Y el servicio de lavandería genial también, desde luego para repetir y recomendar.

First of all the staff! The best, I booked it last minute and they were very kind, answering every question even before I got there.
When I got there the man who checked me in was very kind and polite, he told me everything I need to know, gave me a map and showed the closest metro and train stops, then the other man took my suitcase and took me to the apartment and explained everything.
The apartment is very nice, it had two balconies l, a big bathroom with everything l, a very comfortable bed, a sofa, and a kitchen with everything and some welcoming treats and coffee. Plus there is a rooftop that you can go up to, with a really nice view!!
The location is good and I could reach every place in Napoli using the metro or the train, also the area is full of landmarks since it’s located in the historic center. And there are a lot of very good restaurants there like Lombardi 1882 and Osteria Boni.
Also the area felt safe, and I’d stay there again :)
The floor was a little bit dirty with some hairs, but since I asked for an early check in maybe they didn’t get to clean it as they should. But I wouldn’t think about it.

el apartamento esta situado en el centro histórico con lo que moverse por el centro a pie es relativamente sencillo. hay supermercado cerca y el metro tambien esta a 5 minutos andando.
la calle donde esta situado esta bastante sucia y nuestras ventanas daban a la calle principal por la que pasaban constantemente motos y cocches.

The apartment is about a 3 minutes from the metro and you can get to the main train station in 5 minutes on the metro or about 15 walk. Comfortable bed. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away and it is quite good.
Cleanliness could have been much better - I found quite a lot of hairs, particularly in the kitchen area, which was very off putting. The shower door and the stopper for the bathroom sick were broken. Their is no soundproofing between the apartments. The area is not the best.
