Well placed, right next to the Garibaldi metro station, just 10 minutes walk from Spacca Napoli. The room had a small refrigerator and an electric kettle. AC worked well. The bathroom was somewhat small, but the water pressure was good, and there were free toiletries. The room was clean enough. The breakfast was modest, but good. The coffee was great. Can't comment on the wi-fi or Netflix services as we didn't use them.
Not the best neighbourhood, but it was very authentic and vivacious. No wardrobe, just an open hanger (this was clearly visible in the pictures, so it wasn't a surprise, but it still was a bit inconvenient). I specifically asked for daily cleaning, but the room was cleaned only once during our 4-nights stay.

Very well located
Outside there are lots of homeless and during my stay, my shampoo travel bottle disappeared.

Location was centric. Room was big enough and clean. Staff was good.
Bed was shaking, wifi internet was not working, room heating was not working. I was 1 night so it was manageable.
