המלון יפייפה, מושקע מאוד בעיצוב ובחשיבה על נוחות האורחים. תענוג גדול להיכנס לחדר. ממלכה קטנה מודרנית ומעוצבת. הצוות פשוט נפלא! הגענו מאוחר בלילה, ופקיד הקבלה דאג להביא לנו מהמטבח לחם, גבינה ונקניק, הסביר והיה סובלני. נהנינו מאוד.

The room was huge,the bed was comfy, The guy who checked us in was freindly and informative and helped with bags.
The area it is located was horrible and didnt feel safe,You have to go down a back alley to get to it full of cats, The room was noisey and the air conditioning was awful and very noisey.You are limited to hot water usage and no staff after 11.
No lift so heavy cases are a pain.

La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente e dispone di camere ampie dotate di begli arredi, anche di design.
La posizione della struttura è veramente sconfortante. Si trova in una zona molto trascurata di Napoli. All’ingresso del civico che porta alla struttura si trovano grandi bidoni di spazzatura, da entrambi i lati. Si procede poi per una strada sporca, alla presenza di barboni e tossici e di una signora che dà da sfamare a circa una trentina di gatti.
Il servizio è deludente: nessun supporto con i bagagli al check-in, mancanza di un ascensore (il che richiede di portarti personalmente la valigia sino al piano della tua camera), colazione molto limitante quanto ai prodotti offerti, neanche preparati con cura (le uova sode invece di essere cotte regolarmente erano praticamente crude), mancanza di caffè decaffeinato e di un mini bar fornito (erano presenti solo una bottiglietta di acqua frizzante e una naturale), mancanza di conditioner e crema per il corpo, acqua calda per minuti limitati.
La camera dispone di split dell’aria condizionata regolabile attraverso un telecomando attaccato al muro, il che impone di doversi alzare durante la notte per regolare la temperatura. Il display del telecomando inoltre non è illuminabile, pertanto è necessario accendere la luce della camera.
