Upgraded to a suite. The room was large and comfortable. Easy access to train station and metro so good base for all key sights in Naples. Also quite given its location.
Good breakfast offering but staff not particularly welcoming or helpful.

We only stayed one night since we were travelling down to Amalfi the next day, so we did not get the full hotel experience.
Our check in process was smooth and the staff friendly, which was nice after we'd flown in from Canada. Our bedroom was spacious and well-designed, with complimentary snacks left for us. The decor of the hotel itself was also very nice.
The shower was too small. I am not a particularly big person, but my elbows kept hitting the shower doors whenever I tried to turn.
The area of the hotel was convenient as it was right next to the train station, but that had its downsides as there were a lot of suspicious people around with a high police presence.

Best thing about the hotel was the location from the airport. The bus drops you off outside virtually. We had 2 rooms, one facing outside the other inward facing onto an atrium. The latter was very dark and if you opening the window you got cigarette smoke inside the room.
Some rooms have poor outlook as mentioned above. Ask for a room facing outside. The ones overlooking the atrium should be avoiding unless you want to feel like living in a cave. I had a store card (Waitrose) taken from the room by cleaners but was returned after asking reception.
