The room was spacious, very clean, and very close to public transit. The location is great. It's an easy walk to the Centro Storico and the closest metro station is right around the corner. Antonio was also extremely helpful, friendly, and very communicative — happy to answer any questions and give us tips so that we could make the most of our time in Naples (His recommendations were truly spot on!).
The beds were comfy, there was a nice balcony, the AC helped keep the room cool on hot days, it felt safe, and there's a kitchen in case you need it. You can have breakfast delivered to your room or get a voucher for a nearby bakery. (If you go the bakery, try the fiocchi di neve — so delicious!) The room looked exactly as advertised. Would stay here again if I came back, and I highly recommend it to others!

My husband and I travel quite often and as well we own a property that we hosts guests in also. So I am very particular about accommodations.
My experience with this property was superior even from before we arrived. Guiseppe and Antonio were excellent communicators and we were met outside on the street and assisted with our luggage. Since there is not an elevator, our luggage was completely handled and carried both up to our room and when we departed. Clearly a tip should be given for these services. Our room was bright and fresh. The television worked wonderfully as well as the air conditioning. The bathroom new and modern. The kitchen was fully equipped if we wanted to cook but the restaurants in the immediate area were incredible and not full of tourists. However the location of this property is close to what any tourists might want, the Duomo, the archeological museum….. Guiseppe took the time to help us also by showing us places to visit, eat, made reservations for us and even had the staff come to work a little earlier in the morning to provide us breakfast as we had a flight to catch. He personally made sure we got to the airport on time and again dealt with our baggage.
I can’t say enough great things about this property and for sure it will be where we stay the next time we come to Napoli. I rate this property above a 10!
