Clean, spacious and quiet room. Great location and very helpful staff.
Prepaid transport from airport to hotel: too expensive and unreliable!!
We arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and prepaid €45 for this. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and when we advised the hotel of this they let us know that the taxi company wanted another payment to arrange pick up! We reluctantly agreed, to then be advised that the transport company had no staff available to come and pick us up. We then used uber and paid €31 to get to the hotel.

Good location for a night or two in Naples. We got a free room upgrade with a hot tub which was nice. Very clean accommodation.
The air-con was very difficult to use, no instructions were left so we're not sure if we didn't have it on correctly or it was just rubbish.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard pillows, we resorted to sleeping without pillows due to being so uncomfortable and waking up numerous times in the night.
