The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is a small elevator that comes handy when you have to take your luggage upstairs.
The property manager was very nice and the check in process was easy.
We enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the evening.
The apartment is close to the University metro station.
The cleanliness could be a bit better.
This property has fantastic potential, but it’s currently in need of some tender loving care.

Room was big, modern and comfortable. Liked the check in video to help get to the room with ease. Room had Netflix’s and fridge which had two complementary waters with other drinks available to purchase. Bathroom was also spacious with a lovely sauna. AC was very good.
There is a couple of bars below which can disturb you if you are a light sleeper.

Apartment itself was clean and comfortable
Nice building inside but there are lot of stairs leading up to the apartment itself, before reaching the air con - worth noting when visiting in a heatwave. There is a lift but seemed to be accessible to residents only.

Size of the apartment. Good Value for price.
Location was a bit rough until you found the area to use and avoid. Strange check in process and entry.
