We enjoyed being centrally located. Easy to walk to the museum, Toledo shopping, Dante square & easy to fine restaurants. Oh- I liked the peacefulness of our lobby… soft jazz music during the day. Tea, coffee & snacks available 24/7. Breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, toast). Delicious cappuccinos!

The location is right in the city centre, close to the port. The hotel is clean, with comfortable rooms and the staff is friendly.
The room listed on booking had a nice view, however, it was blocked by scaffolding with a dark mesh, which completely blocked the light and view. As the result the room was quite dark and really only suitable for overnight stays. At night, there was significant street noise. The price, given the current condition of the building with scaffolding, is completely unjustified.
