The property was well situated and in a really good location. Very clean, modern, spacious room and nice touch was the mini-fridge. Was fairly quite once you were in the room and bathroom really modern. Nice powerful shower and separate shower head if you didn’t want to get your hair wet. Lighting was also very good in the bathroom and nice big mirror. Comfortable bed.
I didn’t like having to go outside your door for a coffee and would prefer to have coffee facilities in the room. The corridor was a bit noisy when people were arriving at night. Communication with owner was not good at all prior to our stay despite the other reviews saying her communication was excellent. I had to wait over a month to get a response about our late arrival and only got check in details a couple of hours before we arrived which was really stressful.

Perfect location for the port so I could take an early ferry to Capri. The area looks a bit run down but it is perfectly safe, it’s just how Naples is.
Great pizza restaurant about 5 mins walk up the street, right on the roundabout with covered tables on the pavement - fabulous authentic Napoli thin pizzas. Lots of great bars around Largo Banchi Nuovi.
Elevator to the correct floor. The room was quiet and aircon efficient. Everything was functional but not glamorous - perfect for the 14 hours I was there!
And the manager/owner was very communicative and gave precise instructions for getting in to the property.

Nothing!
The room was not clean and was not as shown in the photos. The walls had several areas that were not properly painted, with patches and missing paint. The actual condition of the room was quite different from what was presented in the pictures.
The location is also quite far from the city centre and the port, which was inconvenient for us.
Regarding the staff, they initially sent us the access codes, but no one showed up in person. We asked if they could keep our belongings for one day, as we were going to return the following day. The staff member said that she would arrange it, but no one ever showed up and our request was not properly handled.
Also, there was not even coffee available inside the room. The coffee machine was placed outside in a corridor, and there was no water in the machine. There were also used capsules left on the counter outside, which was not very pleasant or hygienic.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering that the room and facilities did not match the photos or our expectations.
