The location was ideal. Under a 10 min walk to port and hop on hop off tour.
5 keys were required for the property. One for the front door of the building, one for the elevator, one for the floor, one for the room and one for the lights. We had a problem with the elevator key and had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The staff came by early evening to bring us a new key

Excellent location, very easy access from the airport (by bus), very good contact with the stuff. Quiet and cosy. Excellent cappuccino for breakfast !:) thank you !

Clean and breakfast was a nice bonus especially since we were traveling home that morning to the US.
The check in process was very complicated and confusing. Thankfully, as were we trying to figure the lock box, someone in the building helped us get our keys. There are so many keys- not sure why it has to be this complicated.
