Overall, a great hotel located close the Alibus drop off location in front of the port. Late check in was available. There are many steps up to the entry so if you have luggage let them know and they'll help carry it up. Nice clean place.
My only disappointment was there was only a single thin sheet on the bed, no other blankets that I found and only one pillow.

The room was large, with beautiful decor and a wonderful bathroom with double sinks and plenty of room for toiletries. We have often found these attributes difficult to find in Italy. The staff was helpful and courteous.
Having a pen and paper would be appreciated. We have stayed in some places that had a Nespresso coffee machine and that was really a great option.

Hotel in good location,staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel wasn’t easy to find,it’s on a third floor of a building with only steps going up to it,no lift.bed wasn’t very comfy and no view from window,tv was only in Italian.was very basic

Good location, close to the main street and with easy access to all famous places you can visit in Neapol. Breakfast was so so.
For guest of the hotel was written that there is a private parking and the cost is 35euro per day, but we have been charged with 120euro for 1 & 1/2 days. This is misleading information in the hotel brochure and if we had known it would be this much we would not have booked it. It is not normal for the car to be in the parking lot for almost 1/2 of our stay at the hotel.
