So central to everything- lovely breakfast and staff very friendly
Room was perfect and clean with plenty of hot water - lovely and quiet
Only issue was the coffee otherwise it was perfect

The location was excellent. The staff was exceptionally helpful and overall our stay was great. The quality of the breakfast and the variety were good.
The rooms were a little dark, but that's due to the fact that the windows were facing inwards. It was also strange that the elevator operated with coins in a private building. Little small room for breakfast. If you don't arrive early, you may have to wait to be seated.

Slightly unusual B&B, close to (but not right in) the central tourist district of Naples (and close to the ferry ports and the metro line as well). Friendly staff, nice breakfast. We requested a quiet room away from any bar noise, which we got. There was noise from the church bells in the morning, but not too intrusive.
Not great impression on arrival. Ugly big door with no signage for the business. Tiny antiquated-looking lift which required 20 cents to use. It's nice once you get inside though.

Helpful and friendly staff, thank you. The location is amazing and easy to use the metro and walk to all areas. A few minutes walk to the port and you can view Mt. Vesuvius with some nice restaurants around. Breakfast was an added bonus while the rooms were very clean. Sorted an issue as our child hadn't been added onto the booking through the site - no problem
