Good location for Napoli, felt safe and great value for money. The host was very friendly
On check in, the cleaner took the photos of our passports with his iPhone, not the host which we discovered once the host had arrived - felt odd

The young man at reception was very helpful.
The 'suite' l booked had no chairs & the only place to put the case was on the floor. It was supposed to have a living area & separate bedroom but it was just 1 small room. And you have to put 10c in the lift when you need to use it.
