Rooftop breakfast was lovely & able to view the port. Rooms were comfortable & clean

Breakfast was excellent. I could find all I needed: homemade yogurt, fresh fruits, granola, honey, cakes and homemade pancakes. The terrace for the breakfast was nice. They were tables outside if you wanted, where you had an even better view of the harbor. Breakfast staff was lovely too.
Room had very high ceiling, air conditioning was working very well, and I appreciated the elevator to go up to the 5th floor.
Room was done every day.

It was conveniently located for the port, and the late check in was well articulated.
It’s in a pretty shabby building in a back alley, the stairwell is definitely not indicative of somewhere that should be rated 4 star, the shower flooded, the bed wasn’t comfortable, and it was overpriced.
