The room was more than adequate for what we needed.
Good size area and good bathroom space.
Facilities were great and the location was perfect .
Perhaps some free water bottles.
But otherwise everything else was very good.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Naples and Pompeii, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. A good spot to get out and explore and relax afterward.
The A/C was a bit weak in our room, but it was an extremely hot week. Complimentary water and a few extra touches like a corkscrew and an extra key would've improved our stay.

Location was close to the port Molo Beverello which is why I picked it - was a quick and easy taxi journey there.
Check in only felt complicated as there is no staff at the reception, but they sent me a video and details beforehand, so in reality it was very easy to access the room.
Room was modern and clean. Bathroom had clearly been renovated fairly recently and overall was a nice experience.
I also liked the fact they team up with a taxi service to help you get to the airport in the middle of the night. While travelling solo, this put my mind at ease and helped get my journey off to an easy start. This was another reason I picked this hotel.
I felt like I was getting bitten all night long - having had bed bugs in the past I was worried but saw no blood spot stains in the morning. I did however develop bites on my arms and legs, but of course I cannot guarantee it was the bed or whether it was just from being outside. Unfortunately this meant I had quite an uncomfortable night and did not sleep much at all.

The hotel requested that I send my passport information via Whatsapp, I was charged 4 Euro for drinking two bottles of water in the fridge (the price list was not clearly posted; it was placed under a bowl of coffee condiments), the mattress was sunken in on one side, and the water struggled to drain in the shower.
