it was very comfortable. Having AC after a full day in the sun was wonderful

The facilities were VERY clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable rooms and beds. The Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Great communication and nice amenities. Great directions on how to get there and how to proceed with the check in process.
Unfortunately, the location, even though it is in the city center, is a bit disappointing. There is a lot of homelessness, trash and bums all over. The city of Naples is going through some tough immigration challenges and it reflects in the appearance of the city,

The staff was friendly and helpful. Early luggage drop and checkin.
Location is fine, but the apartment was locating in a very old building
