Beautiful, very romantic style of studios with everything one might need for a short stay in Napoli. Unlike some other guests' comments, we felt the AC was sufficiently strong for Napoli Summer and slept really well.
The photos are of all different apartments in the building and you're likely allocated to the available one.
The only small remark would be a possible miscommunication between the hosts and the cafe that offers a breakfast - despite the voucher stating multiple options, including a juice, you can only order one sweet item and one coffee. I think many guests are used to savoury breakfasts, so a simple toast, or flat bread would be welcome.
The area the apartment is in is a residential, up and coming area, so I would recommend it to seasoned travellers. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby, but, much like rest of Napoli, it is a little bit raw - however none of this is hosts' fault and doesn't affect our review. They created a beautiful little oasis in the area!

The apartment was in a good location, very central only about 10 minute walk to central train station, 2 min walk to via Duomo street which has restaurants, bars and shops. Marco was very helpful and available at any time by call or text. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning.
The AC only worked while you were in the room. It was operated by a key that was with the apartment key so couldn't be left in the room when you were out. The room never cooled down.

The place is too old, with bad canalization, and smell. For 5 days, the place didn't change the towels even. Obviously the place is not a hotel and don't have much expectations. Not enough sheets and poor pillows.
