To be honest and fair to the host, the host was very friendly and ready to help.
A lot of instructions to access the building. The accessibility with luggage and for a traveler on budget is an issue. The bed should have a duvet even though it summer time because the air conditioning is making the room cold. The shower needs fixing. The elevator requires coins to work and I only used my card.

Location , clean, friendly staff
Lots of instructions and interdictions . It feels a bit like Fort Knox . But all in all maybe better as the neighbourhood justifies precautions
