First the positives. Beautiful and spacious room. Nice staff, pleasant breakfast. Location is ideal. The room feels like staying in a Roman villa with art and architecture that's amazing.
Check in is a mystery. You will believe you've been ripped off as the place is hidden and unmarked. If you persist, you will find it. Hopefully someone nice is near by. We helped another guest one day who was having an anxiety attack outside the massive door.
There is traffic under your window, the hotel provides earplugs which are helpful.
Overall, a great location and nice stay in Rome. If you can find it.
