A large, comfortable, and cozy room. The Toledo metro station is nearby, and the location is excellent. There are supermarkets and local markets within walking distance.
There were no instructions on how to use the coffee machine. There was already a coffee pod inside the machine, but we inserted another one, and all the coffee spilled onto the table instead of going into the cup.
The Wi-Fi did not work, and there was no information provided about the Wi-Fi or the password.
The soundproofing was very poor. We could hear absolutely everything happening outside the room. This was especially noticeable with rooms facing the inner courtyard, as all the noise seemed to travel upward.
The water was either too hot or too cold, and it was impossible to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level for showering. The shower head was also clogged, so the water came out in streams spraying in different directions.

La localisation est un vrai gros point fort du logement : très bien située, elle permet de profiter facilement de Naples à pied. La chambre dispose également d’équipements appréciables, notamment la climatisation et une petite cafetière, ce qui est très pratique.
En revanche, la douche est assez décevante : le jet est beaucoup trop puissant et plusieurs des petits jets de la douche ne fonctionnaient pas.
Mais le gros, gros point négatif reste le voisinage et l’isolation phonique. On entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans le hall, qui est très passant. Nous avons malheureusement eu des voyageurs particulièrement peu respectueux des espaces communs, avec du bruit et de la musique jusque vers 2h30 du matin, et même de la musique à fond dès 8h du matin. Cela a vraiment impacté la qualité de notre séjour et nos nuits.
