Great location - on the 5th floor so could see Mt Vesuvius from the balcony. Really lovely lady checked us in and showed us around. Very clean room, cleaned daily and re stocked with breakfast items. Perfect for our family of 3 for a weekend in Naples
We turned up at Luna but our room was at Mare - only around 5minutes walk, but could have been made clearer in the message that it was a different property

Room was beautiful, most comfortable bed yet, perfect location for checking out this exciting City!

Excellent location, walking distance from historical centre.
A sign for hanging outside the door if cleaning is not required.

The best thing about the property was the location. It was very convenient and within walking distance of the city centre and main attractions.
Before arrival, I received many messages asking me to pay the city tax through their website. I would have preferred to pay it in person, but they insisted, so I eventually did it online. However, when it was actually time for the self check-in, the situation was quite different. I was the one sending messages because I needed assistance, but I did not receive a response when I needed it, despite all the messages I had received beforehand.
But the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I specifically booked this property because breakfast was advertised as “included in the price.” When I asked what time breakfast would be served, I was told that everything needed for a “proper Italian breakfast” would be in the room. I found this response quite ironic, as what was actually provided was just a packaged juice and a few packaged cakes/snacks. This was extremely misleading!! .. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.
