A great location that takes you into the bustling heart of Naples with a lovely design in a very old building.
Getting luggage to the 2nd floor without a lift and a lack of privacy in the bathroom!

Fabulous location and excellent welcome information, communication and interaction from the owners.
Minor things. A toilet door would improve the room. Some shampoo and conditioner would also add a more welcoming touch.

So central, but yet oddly quiet (so slept very well). Accommodation was great, so good in fact, we booked to stay another night before flying home.
The only thing I would say is the coffee machine had no instructions so we had to YouTube it, and then there was no milk or cream.
