I loved this hotel apartment! Super clean ! Fresh aircon , comfortable bed , nice cute balcony . Quiet room even window out to busy street. Room for 3 person , big ! Owners welcome and hospitality! Special thanks Agnese ! She recommended and explained where to go and how to get to historic places , about metro lines .. so kind !

The property is perfect for larger family groups. Its managers are very attentive. The locations is perfect for walking to several man areas. Mostly it was stunning.

Bardzo schludnie urządzone, utrzymane w wyjątkowej czystości pokoje. W okresie wakacyjnym (sierpień) klimatyzacja spisuje się rewelacyjnie. Sprzątanie odbywa się codziennie. Kontakt z personel poprzez WhatsApp nie stanowi żadnego problemu. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobrze. W pobliżu jest lokalny sklepik i sporo bardzo dobrych restauracji.
Oznaczenie drzwi wejściowych jest bardzo słabo widoczne. Pierwszy raz może stanowić problem z odnalezieniem właściwej bramy wejściowej. Nocny przyjazd (po 21:00) jest dodatkowo płatny. W turystycznym mieście przyjmowanie gości przynajmniej do 23:00-24:00) powinno być standardem.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet appart-hôtel à Naples. Malheureusement, à notre retour à la maison, nous avons constaté la disparition d’un parfum Dior d’une valeur de 440 €, qui se trouvait dans notre valise.
La seule explication plausible est que cet objet a disparu lors du passage du personnel de ménage pendant notre séjour. Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème à l’établissement, mais nous n’avons reçu aucune solution satisfaisante.
Au-delà de cette situation très grave, il est extrêmement décevant de ne pas pouvoir avoir confiance dans la sécurité de ses effets personnels lorsqu’on séjourne dans un hébergement.
Je conseille aux futurs voyageurs de faire très attention à leurs objets de valeur et de tout mettre sous clé. Pour notre part, cette expérience a malheureusement gâché un séjour qui aurait dû être agréable.
