I stayed here for the Napoli vs Arsenal match and I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful I even had to check in late and Sabrina sent me easy instructions how to access the hotel and my room, the facilities were really good and room was clean, location was perfect as was within walking distance to the port area of the city and the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future if return to Naples.

Nice and central ….. big rooms
Reception not always manned had to wait 30 mins for someone to pitch up to give me the key. Left early in the morning so no where to leave the key … so just left it in the room and shut the door

My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Hotel in Naples. An amazing hotel located on Toledo Street, walking distance from everywhere. The room was really beautiful and clean, very cozy. The bedding was nice. The bed was nice. The pillow was very comfortable. The reception lady welcomed us very nicely and answered all our questions and helped us purchase a train ticket to Rome that we needed. Every question and request was received with understanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Having a small wooden door way to duck under when entering property from the street as I hit my head on it. The plug sockets are not fixed properly in bathroom
